Rumble feature cannot be installed as the ports for the vibration motors are not present on the controller circuit board. So I would prefer that one over this one. But it is cheaper than this one and has more features.
Someone said it was dropped and it smashed. It is not very durable so needs to be handled with care. Only issue with that one is according to most customers who reviewed it.

My computer recognises the controller but says that i need to install a driver for it, this is where im stuck, when it searches for it automatically i still get nothing and im not sure how to manually install them, please help This thread is locked. Ive installed the Microsoft xbox 360 accessories. It has a switch for LED's and the rumble feature that most gamers depend on. I recently bough a rock candy 360 controller and am having difficulties getting it to work. You're better off getting the controller by Bositools. Controller is light, maybe too light.ĭidn't like it because it did not come with trial. I wanted to buy it because I liked the colour and the fact that it came with an Xbox live gold trial. Unless you prefer trying to look left and instead, looking right. So for Trove on Steam you will have to invert both axes to get the camera to move in the direction you move the thumb stick. May have to reconfigure controls for some games. Have not attempted to use it with Xbox One yet, but will do eventually. It is compatible with Steam games. The Xbox Logo is not the official one and it cannot be replaced because it is a completely different shape (I tried).

It does not include a 48-hour Xbox live gold trial as stated in one of the pictures. Without replacing the sticks the rating would be much lower and very hard to recommend this item as I feel the original ones are genuinely flawed which is shame because they are actually very good controllers other than that.
They don't drop connection when in use which is the important thing. They do sometimes drop connection when left plugged into PC 24/7 but this is always resolved by unplugging and plugging back in. The casing is made from a 'slippy' plastic compared to the official MS ones which may not be to some peoples taste. With the metal sticks however these controllers last me multiple years at a time (which is actually longer than the official Microsoft ones do!) They will slowly wear away due to them being made from softer plastic than the rest of the controller casing then they will then 'stick' in certain directions which is obviously very bad when gaming. These controllers are excellent HOWEVER that is only when the analogue sticks are replaced with metal ones (which can be purchased for £1-2 online) because the original plastic ones are useless in my opinion.
